Hi, I’m Rhys Potter

Helping people that don’t have the means or find difficulty in leaving their home for a podiatry visit has always been a passion of mine. Specialising in general foot care, diabetes foot health assessment, in-grown toenail treatment, pain management and custom orthotic design and prescription.

My name is Rhys Potter. I’m an Adelaide podiatrist who grew up and studied right here in our wonderful city! I’ve been both studying and working in the podiatry industry now for nearly a decade, (started studying at the University of South Australia in 2014).

I’m passionate about improving our South Australian healthcare sector and I want to improve the podiatry experience for you, the client. One aspect that I’ve always enjoyed about podiatry is getting out to do home visits and providing people with foot care in the comfort of their own homes.

My holistic approach

Having a holistic podiatry approach means I will provide a professional service, whether it’s routine nail care or a complex foot injury. I’ve always looked to expand my knowledge to provide the best possible foot care for my clients. Undertaking several post-graduate courses such as dry needling, lower limb strength and conditioning and foot mobilisation to leave no stone unturned in my treatment plans.

I’m also currently working with an Adelaide-based custom orthotic manufacturer to expand my knowledge in this area and be directly involved in the orthotic manufacturing process for my own clients.

Professional but down-to-earth

When I’m not working as a podiatrist, my hobbies include;

Keeping up with sport, particularly Aussie rules football.

Travelling - so far, I have ventured to New Zealand, Fiji, Vietnam and recently as far as Egypt.

Spending quality time with family and friends.

Communicative and comfortable

Exceptional communication, High quality of service and providing a Comfortable podiatry experience are the key attributes to exceptional foot care.

I approach every appointment with professionalism, patience and the highest level of care.
